Our Story

Every good boutique starts with a mama who could not find what she was looking for.

Howdy Mama Co. was born at a kitchen table in Texas. After the kids were tucked in and the dishes were done, one determined mama sat down with a notebook, a cup of decaf, and a simple frustration: everything cute was cheap, and everything well made looked like it belonged to somebody else's life.

She wanted western that felt like home. Leopard and cowhide, longhorns and lace. Tees you could chase a toddler through a feed store in and still get a compliment at church on Sunday, and onesies worthy of a brand new buckaroo's very first rodeo.

So she started small. A few designs, a heat press, and a hand-painted sign that said HOWDY. The first batch sold out before she could restock, and a neighbor asked when the next one was coming.

That was the whole business plan, honestly. Make things worth keeping, treat people like neighbors, and always have a batch coming.

Today Howdy Mama Co. is still a family outfit. Orders get packed on the same kitchen table, every package gets a handwritten note, and the little buckaroos still do quality control on anything in their size.
